Accessibility

Everyone is welcome at St Simon's. We hope that the following information will help you prepare for a visit to our church and services:

We have a wheelchair ramp available to enable access to the church building via the double doors on Milner Street.

There is an accessible toilet by the west door of the church.

We have a regularly tested audio induction loop.

We have a large accessible space to the south side of our central pews which enables wheelchair users to sit alongside other members of the congregation.

Please note that unfortunately, because of narrow aisles and pillars, not every part of the church is accessible to wheelchair users. This includes the sanctuary area. If a congregant wants to receive Holy Communion but is unable to access the sanctuary step rail, our stewards will let us know so that we can bring Communion to them.
